Burnside Adventure Park Kensington Gardens Reserve, Burnside CIty Council

An initiative of the Burnside City Council, this fabulous play environment was opened to the public in December, 2004. The play area has a large central climbing net and the latest in innovative items from the Galaxy and Kompan ranges. It is set in a contoured, sensitively landscaped arbour utilising recycled rubber surfacing to link the play activities.

The Burnside Adventure Park is an ingenious blend of play equipment, sculpture and landscaping. Mature stands of red gums, a creek, ovals, tennis courts and good facilities make Kensington Gardens a magnet for families.
